Tentative Settlement Agreement
03/11/10
My Brothers and Sisters in Christ!
On Monday, March 8, 2010, I received word from our attorneys that a tentative settlement had been reached in the litigation taken against us in the Cumberland River situation.
Said settlement must still be approved by the court. We anticipate that happening in approximately 30-days. If or when it does happen, we will follow up and share the outcome with you. Until then, the best I can say is that there is a good chance that all of this will be finally over. But, it is not over until the court says that it is over and all of the final details have been addressed.
Thank you for praying us to this point. We need you to continue to be in prayer mode. We are almost home, but not quite there yet. Please continue to pray us the rest of the way “home.”
Please do not allow a single day to pass without praying for Mrs. Edmond and for me!
Blessings on you and yours.
