Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!
Simply wonderful are the two words that sum up "What’s Love Got To Do With It – A marriage Enrichment Seminar" presented by Pastor Jonathan Smith. The first part of a five part seminar was held on Sunday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. Pastor Smith’s presentation style was both fun and engaging. Through his challenging and thought provoking comments and statistics, Pastor Smith was able to hold the attendees’ attention for the full hour and a half presentation. Part of Sunday’s seminar covered the five love languages. In sharing why he believed this seminar is worth attending Smith said, "Any investment in the family will return dividends to the church and community." Pastor Smith is a certified marriage counselor. He currently pastors New Heights and South Jackson SDA Churches in Jackson, Mississippi.

Good Worship
If the young adult service could be summed up in two words those two words would be relevant and personal. The Young Adult leadership team has done a marvelous job creating an atmosphere conducive for worship; and worship is what took place that night at the Moseley complex. Those who want to worship and hear a good word should definitely plan to attend nightly at 7:00 p.m. Sunday night’s message was delivered by Pastor Vincent Dehm. To liven-up one sermonic illustration, Pastor Dehm used a pair of boxing gloves. Pastor Dehm serves as the associate pastor at Miracle Temple SDA Church in Baltimore, Maryland.
